8 Weeks To the Summit has offered this incredible experience to you and who ever wants the challenge for themselves. Absolutely free for the next eight weeks.  For all the times that you wanted, wished, and hoped that someone would give the knowledge, guidance and the support to be on your team.     

 

WEEKLY LOG / WEIGH –INS

For the next eight weeks you will have to reach each base camp by providing a weekly log and weigh in.  Weekly logs are to note how you are feeling and experience through out the eight week adventure.  To the Summit strives for your mind, body, and spirit to accept incredible tools to support and assist you in a healthy life.   It is not always easy to take time out for yourself with most lifestyles and stress levels today, however; don’t fool yourself – To the Summit is absolutely free and believes in YOU.  To the Summit will be there to help you in reaching your summit, at the same time as you continue to put your foot in front of the other and climb that mountain.  Please answer 4 simple questions: DAILY!

  1. Fuel - what did you fuel your mind & body with? 

            Blood Type/Non Blood Type Diet


Energy
– how was your mind, emotion, or feeling ? i.e. bad day/good day lovely, felt strong, one of your top ten days, OK, upsetting, nasty, just unspeakable. 

  1. Expeditions – did you raise that heart rate? 
  2. Challenge- did you up your summit?

INTEGRITY

Remember this challenge is for you!  To the Summit is here for you to participate and ask questions.  This is your life, challenge yourself to take time for you and inspire your loved ones that a healthy lifestyle can and will be the best medicine ever!  There is no magic pill – it is hard work and dedication, making it apart of your routine.  You are worth it, let To the Summit give you the guidance to make this transaction as positive as possible.  To the Summit understands that a lifestyle change is difficult, however this is your health and realize that life is precious.  Reality is there are so many temptations, at almost every corner. There will be bad days, one example of answering why a bad day – answering the weekly log, fuel stopped for your favorite ice cream instead of DINNER.  To the Summit will give you the ideas of how to burn that off.  With that being said, please make your weekly logs honest.

Life’s stress affects our health, mind, body and starts to pull away our spirit.  If you have touched or hit that bottom it is time to take your life by the ropes and start to pull yourself up.
